Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
